Research
"Training" is central to my practice, operating within and beyond the boundaries of performance, understood as both action and presence. It is both a concept and a method for interrogating the narratives that shape reality, working through operational principles such as 'repetition,' 'difference,' 'version,' 're-action,' 'replica,' and the 'already-here'.
What Training consists of
Waking up early. Walking at least 30 minutes with Bronson. Collecting found objects of any kind. Making the bed. Airing out the house. Stretching. Writing in my diary. Writing about artists. Reading the news. Practising my English. Drawing. Eating lightly. Nourishing myself properly. Practising fasting. Long-distance running. Cold exposure. Working on my projects, not favouring specific technologies or mediums—using whatever is available (from biface to prompt). Playing with, or hacking, pay-offs and idioms. Memorising. Keeping my work archive organised. Updating my website. Cleaning the house, one room at a time. Bodyweight exercises. Watching art documentaries. Always having a book to read. Putting together portable kits for different daily needs. Keeping my backpack and bum bag organised. Going to bed early.

RESEARCH
My body of work focuses on language, image, and the acousmatic event.
It is an exploration that interrogates training as an expressive practice, positioning itself both within and beyond the boundaries of performance, understood as action and an act of presence. In a second movement, it activates and facilitates the development of fundamental operational concepts such as "repetition", "difference", "version", "re-action", "replica", and the "already-here".
